1.Can you introduce yourself?
Yunchun Jiang: My name is Yunchun Jiang and I'm currently working as a freelance fashion stylist, and model in London.
2.What is your favourite piece of your own work? Can you talk about why?
Yunchun Jiang: My favourite piece is not currently posted. It's my newest piece and I put more time and effort into it.
3. What information do you hope to convey through your work?
Yunchun Jiang: I think styling is more of a "B" role, so I want to express the feeling that the client wants to convey and combine it with the visual language of fashion.
4.Do you have a particular favourite artist or philosopher? Can you talk about how their work has influenced your creation?
Yunchun Jiang: Ibkamara is my personal favourite stylist, he is not limited to the concept of "clothing", I think he has inspired me a lot.
5.Can you talk about the relationship between your life and your creations?
Yunchun Jiang: I think art comes from life. When I walk on the road and find some scenery on the street, or some passerby's interesting outfit, I will take photos or write it down. This often gives me some inspiration.
6.How do you balance your creations with your work? Do you continue to create personally after you work?
Yunchun Jiang: When I graduated and started working, I found it difficult to balance work and creation. So, I usually have to make trade-offs, and if the two slots collide I usually balance which is more important to me.
